I've spent 12 years building software products — from a staffing platform that placed 50,000+ nurses during COVID, to social networks, marketplaces, and most recently cancer screening apps and clinical software at Skinopathy AI.
Two years ago I went deep on AI and it completely changed how I work. Once I got hooked, I started showing others around me. I transformed how my company operates across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership, and realized the biggest gap isn't the technology. It's that nobody is setting it up properly.
